At Dynamic Threads we aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours.
There may be occasions where products are awaiting restock. We apologise for these delays and orders will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, however approximate delivery times are as follows:
The majority of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail, however bulk orders may be sent via DPD. For peace of mind, all of our orders are sent via a recorded delivery which requires a signature upon arrival at the delivery address. A dispatch confirmation email will be issued once your parcel is on route, containing your parcel reference number. If your delivery has been missed, our couriers should leave a collection card. If no card has been left, please contact the courier quoting your reference number, or visit your local collection point.
If your parcel has not been received within 14 days in the UK, or 21 days for the rest of the world, please contact one of our sales team at: email@example.com.
Any parcels that return uncollected will require an additional shipping charge before being dispatched again.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another of the same value. Returns and exchanges will only be available if the following conditions are met:
• All items must be be returned with a copy of the original invoice and the original packaging. If the packaging has been unsealed and the garment removed, please include the old packaging in the return parcel.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Contact must be made prior to the return of your items. This can either be done via the contact form on our website, or via email. Please ensure your order number is quoted as the subject of your return notification. All items that arrive without prior notification will not be subject to a refund or exchange.
If the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund.
Due to the customisation of our products, all refund requests are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please note shipping costs are not refunded. In the event of an incorrect garment being delivered which you did not order, the restocking fee does not apply and refunds will be paid in full including any shipping costs.
If the above conditions are met you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but extra shipping charges may occur.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All claims for returns or exchanges will need to be made within 3 days of the delivery date. Claims will only be accepted online, not via telephone.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 A copy of your original invoice and the original packaging will need to be included in your return parcel.
2.3 All returns or exchanges must be sent via a recorded delivery, and a tracking reference number provided to the Dynamic Threads team.
2.4 For all exchanges, a garment of similar value must be selected prior to the return of your garment. Please note that if the selected item is of less value than the original, the difference will not be refunded.
2.5 For all claims of damaged items, photographic proof will need to be provided on the day of delivery. We reserve the right to disqualify damage claims if we believe the damage was made either by the consumer or in transit by couriers.
Refunds & exchanges will not be issued until the returned garment arrives at our business address.
